Consultations are free and they usually take around 30-40 minutes

No, consultations are where we meet up for a chat about your goals and it gives us a chance to meet each other. No exercise is involved in the consultation.

This is a question I get asked all the time and I cannot answer. It is different for everyone. It depends on a number of different factors such as how determined you are and how committed you are to stick with eating healthy foods and training in between our sessions. Also, factors such as stress, sleep and rest affect how quickly you will see results. Generally the sooner someone changes their mindset and fully commits to their programme, the quicker the results.

All sessions are booked in advance. I have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you cannot make your session then you need to give me 24 hours notice and we can re arrange. If you cancel under 24 hours notice then you will be charged for the session, with the exception of genuine emergencies.

You will need to bring some water, or just a water bottle as I have a water machine in my studio. Also it is a good idea to bring a small towel.

I have different packages available. The price depends on your goals and how many sessions you would like each week. It also depends on whether you would like individual sessions or small group personal training sessions.

I never call it a diet, but you will have to make some sacrifices in order to see results. We will discuss what you eat and drink as that is a very important factor when trying to lose weight. You will need to make some changes and adopt a healthy way of eating.
