Personal Training is not just about seeing me once a week for an intense session - unfortunately this is not enough to help you achieve your weight loss goals. You need to have the desire and commitment to make a whole lifestyle change. It involves changing your mind set and outlook on your lifestyle. This will involve changing your eating habits, increasing your physical activity levels and maybe even changing your day to day routine.

You can make a great start by adding physical activity into your lifestyle without realising - just by taking the stairs instead of the lift, or getting off the bus one stop earlier, or even better walking or cycling to work / places where possible. All of these small changes will make you one step closer to achieving your weight loss goals.

Reaching your goals will involve making positive changes and taking small steps in the direction to adopt a healthy lifestyle. 

No session is ever the same as I will provide you with a variety of exercises while using a wide range of equipment. I provide the following personal training services:

I train people in my own studio in The Park, or we can go outside when the weather is nice!
